Fit Happens is a Health and Fitness consulting business that aims to achieving your health objectives with you.
We believe in providing you (our client) with the knowledge and understanding of how and why we do what we do to help you achieve your goals. Of course we would love for all of our clients to continue training with us month after month and year after year, however our belief is that if we are doing our job properly then you will have the knowledge and understanding to ‘get back out there’ and do it yourself.
The Fit Happens team has a holistic approach. Our business philosophy is not just about being there as your motivator for an hour at a time at your scheduled session. We are there with you day after day, encouraging you to stick with it and guide you through your training program. We are there to answer any questions you may have and to guide you through the perils of good v bad nutrition. We work with you on injury rehabilitation and when and how to schedule in down time or recovery time.
And most importantly, we understand that not every Fit Happens client is an ‘athlete’ and that life sometimes does get in the way. We will help you to ‘get back on the wagon’ and not beat yourself up about those slip ups but encourage you to not give up and keep working at developing ‘good habits’.
The good news is that we do our job so well that the majority of our clients have been with us for a number of years, some approaching 10 years training with Fit Happens. Why? Because we do what we say we will do, and then some.
